Join.me

Join.me is a web based remote assistance software which allows us to connect to your PC and take control of your mouse and keyboard. Join.me is a secure and safe application provided by Logmein which asks for your permission before allowing access to your system. This allows our engineers to access your PC remotely while providing a totally secure connection.

Start by going to Join.Me and click on the join button.

It takes it a moment, and you will see some activity.

Allow the software to run.

At the top of the screen, you will see a small box show up with orange buttons. You will see an access code show up in that box.

Call TekSoft Consulting at 888-235-9097 option 1. When connected, give the support engineer the “Access Code”.
